The "Must Go" Congressmen - Phase I
MMX FLEX has identified 24 "Must Go" Congressmen who must be defeated in November. These 24 Congressmen made the list because they (1) voted for at least 2 of the 3 big bills last year (stimulus, cap&trade, obamacare) and (2) represent a district that McCain carried in 2008.
MMX FLEX will be working with challengers and GOP/Libertarian/Tea Party activists in each of these congressional districts throughout the year in order to provide you with the latest news, polling, and analysis. It is no secret that politics is more than local, which makes who gets elected in the Fourth Congressional District of Missouri (yeah, that's you Ike) as important to the West Virginian as the Missourian. Because of this, success in 2010 requires a coordinated effort and an informed public like never before.

We will be identifying additional Congressmen tomorrow who voted for at least 2 of the 3 big bills and represent a district where McCain garnered 45% of the vote - remember, he got nowhere near that amount in New Jersey and Massachusetts (and just 46% in Virginia) ... Stay tuned.
thanks for putting together this spreadsheet and helping the rest of us quickly see who must go down in 2010! i am going to bookmark this site and forward it to my red state friends.
ReplyDeleteObama's record is perfect: New Jersey, Virginia, Massachusetts. Democrats are so far out of touch with America that an unknown Republican can win in the bluest state in the country by running against Obama. Democrats running in 2010 on the platform of Pelosi, Reid and Obama will be committing Obamacide.
ReplyDeleteDemocrats and the audacity of arrogance have even alienated Massachusetts. Hard to imagine a tougher place for a Republican to win.
Well said. However, i'm imagining taking Obama's senate seat on 11.02.10. i don't think that his thin skin can handle that type of FLEXing!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the comments tonight! We've been getting a lot of emails/tweets/posts asking who we are going to focus on first. Here's a hint ... this congressperson deserved to be SPIKED for voting with Pelosi 97% of the time ... and voting for stimulus and cap/trade bills. Stay tuned FLEXers!
ReplyDeleteclipped this from an article about Brock Lesnar, a UFC star: http://sports.yahoo.com/mma/news?slug=dw-lesnar012010&prov=yhoo&type=lgns
ReplyDeleteIn an effort to fight depression, he went hunting in Canada where he had a painful diverticulitis attack.
“I felt like I got shot in the gut,” he said.
He wasn’t excited about his Canadian medical care, comparing it to “a third world country” where he couldn’t get any treatment. Finally Lesnar’s wife, Rena (better known as former pro wrestling star Sable), sprung him from the hospital, loaded him into a car and while Lesnar writhed in pain, drove “100 miles an hour” across the border and into North Dakota. He wound up MedCenter One, a hospital in Bismarck, N.D. There doctors were patient, didn’t immediately perform surgery and slowly nursed him back to some form of health.
“My wife saved my life,” he said.
I keep hearing that your site is going to help to SPIKE IKE. That is great news. We want IKE to take a HIKE in 2010.
