Spotlight on New Hampshire's 2nd District

Things are looking good for Republican Charlie Bass (R) in the race for New Hampshire's 2nd Congressional District.  He leads Democrats Katrina Swett (huge supporter of Obamacare) 37-30 and Ann McLane Kuster (supported by NOW) 38-28.

NH Senate: Ayotte (R) 46%, Hodes (D) 39%

Former state Attorney General Kelly Ayotte is the strongest Republican challenger to "Must Go" Congressman Paul Hodes (backed by NARAL!!) in the race for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Judd Gregg.  The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of likely voters in the state shows Ayotte leading Hodes 46% to 39%. Three percent (3%) prefer another candidate, and 13% are undecided.

Hodes leads against Republicans Ovide Lamontagne, an attorney who ran unsuccessfully for governor in 1996, and Bill Binnie, a successful NH businessman.
